Meet Monique Tula
Over 30 Years of Leadership in Social Justice and Public Health
With a deep background in nonprofit leadership, harm reduction, and HIV/AIDS prevention, I bring extensive, hands-on experience to the table. My work leading and transforming large-scale organizations, mobilizing resources, and redirecting millions of dollars to community-based services has equipped me to guide both personal and organizational transformation at a high level.
A Unique Perspective as a Black Woman Leader and Coach
As a Black mother, grandmother, artist and organizational leader with an awakened heart, I offer a perspective that resonates deeply with clients who seek not only professional success but personal and spiritual alignment. I understand the pressures of navigating both leadership and personal responsibilities in a world shaped by systemic oppression, which makes my coaching authentic and impactful. My decision to launch this business is itself an act of resistance and self-determination, empowering others to see entrepreneurship as a path to healing, growth, and creating a generational legacy.
A Focus on Deep Transformation
Specializing in helping clients break free from toxic patterns, burnout, and limiting beliefs, I offer a path to meaningful change. By focusing on self-awareness, human connection, and societal impact, I go beyond surface-level coaching, enabling clients to achieve holistic transformation in their personal and professional lives.
Expertise in Capacity-Building and Organizational Development
My extensive experience in organizational development, grant writing, capacity building, and nonprofit leadership uniquely positions me to coach professionals and organizations looking to scale their impact while holding to social justice values. My commitment to mentorship and advocacy, especially for Black harm reductionists and nonprofits, underscores my role as a guide for underrepresented leaders seeking systemic change.
